The faculty considers ensuring and further developing quality in studies and teaching to be an important and continuous interdisciplinary task that has to be fulfilled systematically. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking into account the institutional development plans, mission statements, and quality strategies of its three partner universities, as well as the faculty\u2019s specific development goals, initial quality objectives were established, on which the faculty focused in the years following its founding. As the faculty continues to evolve, these quality objectives are currently being revised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgw-brandenburg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/QMZiele_FGWBrandenburg.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quality goals of FGW Brandenburg (PDF document, only provided in German)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gesine Wegner joined the Dean\u2019s Office team on 1st April 2026 as the Quality Management Officer for Academic Programs and Teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"about_person\">\n  <div class=\"about_person__img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fgw-brandenburg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/person-fallback.jpg\" alt=\"Gesine Wegner, M.
