{"id":2512,"date":"2021-10-18T11:57:03","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T12:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fgw.stage.uva.de\/research\/post-doctoral-qualification\/further-training\/"},"modified":"2025-08-22T15:50:55","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T13:50:55","slug":"didactic-training","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fgw-brandenburg.de\/en\/research\/post-doctoral-qualification\/didactic-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Post-Doctoral Didactic Training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aquivalente-kurse-der-tragerhochschulen\">Scope to be Documented<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the FGW is still in the process of being set up, we will gradually accept all didactic courses from our supporting universities with supporting evidence to the following extent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For candidates who register by May 2024: at least 2 successfully completed courses with a minimum of 12 teaching units (UE).*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For candidates who register between June 2024 and May 2026: at least 4 successfully completed courses with a total of 40 units (UE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For candidates who register from June 2026: at least 6 successfully completed courses with a total of 60 units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*One teaching unit (UE) lasts 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aquivalente-kurse-der-tragerhochschulen\">Training Topics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The courses should match two of the following topics by May 2024, and after that four of the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learnibility design in face-to-face teaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special features of e-learning (completely digital or as a hybrid event), digital tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting self-study, creating suitable materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exams, final assignments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication training, reflection, diversity aspects in the classroom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have completed courses at other universities that fit into these subject areas, these can also be submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aquivalente-kurse-der-tragerhochschulen\">Courses Offered by the Supporting Universities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-potsdam.de\/en\/pogs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Potsdam Graduate School (PoGS)<\/a> offers a wide range of funding opportunities for postdocs, including relevant continuing education courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program offered by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mhb-fontane.de\/de\/promotion-i-habilitation-i-apl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane<\/a> is currently being further developed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.b-tu.de\/en\/researchschool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Graduate Research School (GRS)<\/a> also offers corresponding courses for postdocs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scope to be Documented Since the FGW is still in the process of being set up, we will gradually accept all didactic courses from our supporting universities with supporting evidence to the following extent: *One teaching unit (UE) lasts 45 minutes.
