Finally, you will hold your inaugural lecture and publish your habilitation thesis.
1) Inaugural lecture
Please take note of the following guidelines:
Please contact your subject representative in advance to arrange possible appointments.
Please enquire for yourself whether the desired lecture hall is free on the suggested dates. If possible, the inaugural lecture should be held during the lecture period and, if possible, as part of a regular lecture. In exceptional cases, inaugural lectures are also approved outside of the lecture period.
Then please send us your suggested date or several suggested dates for your inaugural lecture and wait for our date confirmation.
Then send your text proposal for the invitation to the inaugural lecture to the dean.
Once you have received the dean’s written consent, you can start sending out the invitations. All habilitated members of the faculty should be invited to the inaugural lecture. You can get the relevant mailing list from the dean’s office (dekanat(at)fgw-brandenburg.de). Please attach your invitation as a pdf file.
2) Publication of your habilitation thesis
Please contact the library of your respective supporting university to organize a publication there:
