Finally, you hand over your dissertation to the library of your affiliated university and to the PhD Office.
Please contact the library of your supporting university to organize the publication of your dissertation here:
You will receive a confirmation from the library.
Subsequently, you will hand over the confirmation of publication from the library as well as the deposit copy of your dissertation to the doctoral office. Please note that the deposit copy must be printed on age-resistant, wood-free and acid-free paper and bound in a permanently durable manner.
After you have submitted the dissertation and met your publication duty, the PhD certificate is presented to you. Upon receipt of the certificate, you can use the academic title.
The PhD process is now complete.
