Finally, you hand over your dissertation to the library of your affiliated university and to Doctorate Office.
Please contact the library of your affiliated university to organise publication of your dissertation there:
You will receive a confirmation from the library.
Subsequently, you will hand over the confirmation of publication from the library as well as the deposit copy of your dissertation to the doctoral office. Please note that the deposit copy must be printed on age-resistant, wood-free and acid-free paper and bound in a permanently durable manner.
After you have submitted the dissertation and met your publication duty, the doctorate certificate is presented to you. Upon receipt of the certificate, you can use the academic title.
